Karen Musey

Karen Musey is originally from Edmonton, Alberta (Canada). She has studied under scholarship with many institutions across Canada and the United States including The Royal Winnipeg Ballet Professional Division, The Banff Centre, The Edge Performing Arts Center (Los Angeles), and STEPS. Karen has enjoyed several opportunities to perform in musicals, production shows and international tours including West Side Story, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Chicago; as a featured dancer on Norwegian Cruise Lines; U.S. and Korea tours for KOBA Family Entertainment and more. In 2003 Karen was chosen to perform as the Manitoba Dance Representative for the Canada Winter Games (National Artist Program).

Karen has taught classes, workshops, rehearsal directed and adjudicated all across Canada and internationally for many different studios and groups of people. Karen believes in and emphasizes building teamwork, creativity, knowledge and a thirst for conquering challenges in her classes. Whether Karen's students wish to enjoy dance for a little while or a lifetime, she believes that the lessons and values they will learn in class will bring them success beyond the studio in whatever they choose to do.
